TRIUM Environmental Inc. and BizData Inc. Forge a $50 million Joint Venture to Pioneer Artifical Intelligence in Environmental Industry.

TRIUM Environmental Inc. (TRIUM), a leader in environmental technology and services based in Calgary, AB, Canada, together with BizData Inc. (BizData), a leading innovator in artificial intelligence solutions from Seoul, South Korea, are excited to annouce the development of a joint venture company.

This Dynamic collaboration aims to transform the environmental technology sector through the development of AI-driven applications and platforms. Based on the several years of work already invested by TRIUM in this area and the unique expertise of BizData, this venture is projected to rapidly develop with a valuation of over $50 million within three years.

The joint venture will capitalize on TRIUM Environmental's extensive experience in environmental solutions and BizData's innovative AI technologies to address critical environmental challenges. The initiative's objective is to engineer intelligent systems for real-time contaminant screening, analysis, prediction, and response to environmental data, thereby promoting sustainable practices and informed decision-making.

The joint venture, a collaborative 50:50 comapny established in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, will be jointly operarted by both parties. It aims to launch it's first suite of already developed solutions "AISCT" - AI based site characterization technology in June 2024, targeting key industries such as environmental consulting and remediation, energy and other industries, and minimze their environmental impact, adhere to regulations, and optimize resource utilization.
