Trium was founded in 2006 by a “triumvirate” or association of three, leveraging experience from large international engineering firms. The business started with a focus in environmental consulting, however quickly morphed to a specialization in soil and groundwater remediation. In 2007, TRIUM engaged in its first international projects in South Korea and Yemen. Operations in South Korea quickly expanded along side TRIUM’s developing expertise in Chemical Oxidation.
Domestic operations in Canada soon followed suit and in 2010 TRIUM rebranded as a specialist environmental remediation services company. Since 2014, TRIUM has continued to expand its operations domestically throughout Western Canada and in Asia having successfully executed projects in China, and establishing a successful joint venture in 2020.
